Abstract: 

I present a Galilei invariant model for the time evolution of a quasi-local algebra over the continuum. The corresponding equilibrium states are locally normal, and the evolution is weakly asymptotically abelian. I discuss the consequences of this fact, especially in comparison to norm asymptotic abelianess.
