Abstract:
Firstly I will discuss the basic notions of: topological groupoids, actions, Hilsum-Skandalis morphisms and Morita equivalence of groupoids. In the last part I'll eplain how these notions are usually transferred to the associated $C^*$-algebras. Students are recommended to attend.
